Why should I choose Rowe’s over others?

First off, we are one of the oldest Cornish Bakers in Cornwall, a household name, a reputation for quality, service excellence, product integrity and Cornish authenticity which we spent over 70 years building. Not to mention we are THE World Pasty Champion in the Company Category in the 2019 Championships, and in 2020, not one, not two, but THREE of our pasties won Top Awards at the World Pasty Championships! We truly are World Pasty Champions 2 years in a ROWE!

But don’t just take our word for it, give it a go and try one for yourself, you won’t regret it! We believe there is a pasty right for every occasion, in whatever weather! Join us in our online pasty workshops and see for yourself just how our pasties are made!

Can I send it as a gift?

Absolutely! Our pasties are right for EVERY occasion! With every order, we will send you a little gift to say thank you along with a signed note by our Delivery Service Manager; if you are sending it as a gift, we would be delighted to include a handwritten note, simply tell us the message you would like to include when you place your order and leave the rest to us!

How do I cook your pasties at home?

You will find the cooking instructions in your box, and they are super easy to follow.

How long can I keep the pasties in the freezer?

For best results, use the frozen pasties within 6 months of receipt. With our pasties being so yummy, we doubt you can keep them for that long!

What to do when my delivery arrives?!

Please ensure that there will be someone available to receive the delivery and get the pasties straight into a freezer. Don’t worry if the pastry has started to thaw a little, simply put in your freezer for when you are ready to use them. Even if you plan to use them that day, put them in the freezer as you will get best results when baking from frozen. The baking instructions included with every delivery will tell you exactly what you need to do.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our courier delivers TUESDAYS to FRIDAYS ONLY. You can order up to 11 am for the day after delivery. For example, orders for a Tuesday delivery need to be with us by 11 am on Monday. Orders for a Friday delivery need to be with us by 11 am on Thursday. We do always try to send your delivery out the next day, however, sometimes we may not have the stock and the parcel will arrive the following delivery day. Look out for your “Order Shipped” email so you know when it will arrive. Orders can obviously be made in advance and if the pasties are for a special occasion or gift please try and order as early as you can to avoid disappointment.
